A Design Director, Working Directly With You

Most senior creative leadership lives inside companies or behind agency layers — buried under account managers, reviews, and the overhead it takes to support large teams. That structure works for high-volume programs. It's the wrong shape for work that needs sharp judgment and a tight feedback loop.

I run an independent practice instead. The person setting the direction is the person doing the work. You get a Design Director embedded in your project from first conversation to final delivery — without the layers, and without paying for them.
